  • Substitution Policy
    At times, substitutions may be necessary, and we make every effort to accommodate special requests. JoMars has the right to substitute the color of a certain flower if we are unable to secure the requested color. JoMars also has the right to substitute the unavailable flower to best match original request at equal or higher value. 
  • Delivery Fees
    Based on mileage. 
  • Does JoMars Deliver?
    Yes!
  • Delivery Times
    Normal delivery times are 8am-4pm daily. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we offer extended hours and delivery times. Please call to verify. We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, however, you may request a time frame and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Special time request does not apply on holidays.

    Monday: 9 AM–4:30 PM Tuesday: 9 AM–4:30 PM Wednesday: Closed Thursday: 9 AM–4:30 PM Friday: 9 AM–4:30 PM Saturday: Closed Sunday: Closed
  • Local Delivery
    We deliver to most addresses within a 20 mile radius of the flower shop. Additional fees may apply for rush orders or extenuating circumstances. 
  • Holidays
    We are closed during the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.  We advise customers to place orders early to receive the best possible selection and service during Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas Day rush. We do our best to accommodate same day delivery requests during these busy times, however, we cannot guarantee every last minute order due to sheer volumes. We strongly recommend that customers place orders at least two days prior to each major holiday.
  • Local Growers
    We love to use local growers when possible. These items are unique and local to our area.
