Delivery Times
Normal delivery times are 8am-4pm daily. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we offer extended hours and delivery times. Please call to verify. We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, however, you may request a time frame and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We deliver to most addresses within a 20 mile radius of the flower shop. Additional fees may apply for rush orders or extenuating circumstances.Delivery Fees
Based on mileage.At times, substitutions may be necessary, and we make every effort to accommodate special requests. JoMars has the right to substitute the color of a certain flower if we are unable to secure the requested color. JoMars also has the right to substitute the unavailable flower to best match original request at equal or higher value.
